The journal “Financial Economy” has been published since early 2008. Since 2009, it has been included in the List of Russian Peer-Reviewed Publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the following fields: economic sciences and legal sciences. Currently, the journal “Financial Economy” is included in the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications in which key research results must be published for the degree of Candidate of Sciences and the degree of Doctor of Sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in the following specialties: 5.2.1. Economic Theory (Economic Sciences), 5.2.4. Finance (Economic Sciences), and 5.2.5. World Economy (Economic Sciences).

Its subscription index in the Uralpress and Rospechat agencies’ catalogs is 45931; the international standard serial number is ISSN 2075-7786.

The journal “Financial Economy” is a publication whose goal is to explore not only the scientific and practical components of economics and law, but also their functional unity, which is manifested as one of the most pressing socioeconomic problems in contemporary Russian society.

The journal, in this sense, conducts scientific research on this issue, publishes the results of dissertations by graduate and doctoral students, leading Russian and international scholars and practitioners, and formulates recommendations for federal and regional bodies, “a publication of particular significance for the development of individual branches of science” and of particular importance for practical issues of public administration in the socioeconomic sphere of society.

The journal’s editorial policy focuses on a comprehensive analysis of all components of the economic and legal systems of the Russian state. Its achievement involves addressing the following objectives:

— generalization of financial and budgetary relations,

— resolution of monetary issues,

— disclosure of various aspects of accounting and auditing,

— improvement of investment planning,

— analysis of best practices in the development of industry and regional economic systems, marketing, and small business,

— innovative support for human development, etc.

— the journal publishes articles on current issues and cutting-edge scientific achievements in the fields of theory and history of law and government, constitutional law, municipal law, civil and business law, natural resource and agrarian law, environmental law, national security, legal protection of entrepreneurship, criminal law, and criminology in economics and finance.

Due to its strong managerial and social-practical focus, our research results are of interest to leading universities, research centers, federal and regional government bodies, and various enterprises.

Target audience:

a) researchers from research and higher education institutions, doctoral students, and postgraduate students studying social, financial, and economic disciplines;
